Ou group of 17 have just spent a fantastic week at The Chatsworth. Service from all staff was excellent, with a great breakfast to set you up for the day. Facilities were just what we were looking for, and the evening meal rounded off each day perfectly. There was nothing more the hotel could have done to make us feel more welcome. WELL DONE

On March 4th I had my birthday party in the Green Room at the hotel. It was a wonderful evening, the service from the staff was exemplary. A number of my guests stayed at the hotel without complaint. They also used the restaurant, Jali, and all enjoyed their meal, saying it was a unique Indian restaurant..
All in all for me a wonderful experience made possible by the endeavours of the management and their staff team. I am grateful.

Good value for money hotel. Clean room over looking the sea. Excellent meal in Jali restuarant. Very satisfying breakfast. Brilliant service all round. Only downfall was no hot water on the evening of arrival or the following morning, despite being assured that 'it will come through in a while'

When you book the hotel, book the award winning restaraunt at the same time to avoid disappointment as it excellent and well booked. 4 out of 5 rooms had seaviews and we watched the storm with amazement. We took several young people with learning disabilities and there happened to be a Disco on in the Green Room, which was excellent and our young people thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The hotel is central and we didn't use our mini-bus during our stay. We visited the caves , brilliant and a chinese buffet restaurant within a very short walk. The staff were friendly and made us all welcome.

My mum and I stayed at the Chatsworth Hotel last week (we went on a group tour with De Jong Tours from The Netherlands) and we had an excellent time at the hotel. We took the elevator to our hotel room which had a seaside view. The room was cosy and clean and we could turn on the heater whenever we wanted to. The room had thick walls and a small bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and a bath with a showerhead. The hotel is situated at the 'quiet' side of the promenade. In the morning we were welcomed by members of staff who were always friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was a treat, they served a typically English breakfast and they also served a more European breakfast including cheese, ham, toast, pastries, joghurt, cereals and fresh fruit.
